TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions constitute a contract agreement between Real Georgia LLC and you from the time the booking is made. Please read them carefully. By booking our services you accept and agree to the Terms and Conditions below.
Our small group tours have a minimal number of participants (3 people). If this number is not met, we will contact the guests 48 hours before the tour in order to re-schedule or cancel the tours.We reserve the right to change or cancel a reservation if the tour minimums are not met.
We strive to provide you the tour exactly as described in your itinerary, however we reserve the right to amend the tour itinerary where doing so may be necessary or advantageous in regards of safety and logistics. Where it may be absolutely necessary to amend the tour itinerary during the tour, the tour guide will arrange the best available alternative.
By booking our services you acknowledge that the tours or activities provided by us or third party suppliers may be adventurous in nature and involve a significant amount of personal risk. Real Georgia LLC acts in good faith and is released from any liability or responsibility for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property, inconvenience, delay, or expenses that may occur during the tours.
Deposit payment is necessary to hold your booking. For tours purchased through our website, you can chose between a full payment and a 20% prepayment. For tailor-made tours the prepayment amount varies depending on your quotation from 20% to 50%. By making the prepayment you confirm your booking and acknowledge your agreement to our terms and conditions. The prepayment can be made through PayPal or Western Union transfer and is not refundable. Once we received your prepayment your booking is confirmed and we will send you a confirmation mail with further details. For all tours and services purchased through third party travel agents apply their Terms and Conditions. Final payment is due on the first day of your tour and can be paid in cash only directly to your driver or guide, unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation.
If you cancel at least 7 calendar days in advance, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 2 and 6 calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 20% cancellation fee. If you cancel less than 2 calendar days in advance, you will be charged a 80% cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day of the tour are non-refundable. Please note, that third party suppliers such as hotels, workshop tutors, photographers and others, apply their own cancellation policy, which might be different from ours.
